Jake's ESB

Back in the beardy days of spring, Jake brewed an English-style ESB in his backyard. As it went down in Episode 5.

five gallons, extract & specialty grain

Steep:

1 lb. English medium crystal malt

Boil:

6.3 lbs Northern Brewer Gold malt syrup

2 oz Fuggle @ 60"

1 oz Willamette @ 15"

1 oz Willamette @ 0"

Yeast:

Wyeast 1968 London ESB
