Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 5:08PM Brewed by members of Prairie Homebrewing Companions in Episode 23: Hoppy Halloween with Jamil Zainasheff. It was a group brew to celebrate Hoppy Halloween and the arrival of Jamil Zainasheff to Fargo, ND. This beer was awesome to watch being brewed. Three mashes in separate vessels collected into one super-kettle.

- 3.00 oz Centennial (pellet) - First Wort Hop

- 2.50 oz Amarillo Gold (whole) - 30 min
- 2.50 oz Cascade (whole) - 20 min
- 1.50 oz Citra (whole) - 15 min

Can you size this for a 5 gallon batch? ...or just divide everthing by ~8?
Brian - The pre-boil volume is 44 gallons, but the target final volume is 22 gallons, so more like divide everything by ~4.4 to scale it to 5 gallons ... 18 lbs pale malt, 1.25 lbs C-60, etc.
