New Year's Eve, a great time to reflect on the year past and get excited about the year ahead. In this episode, Brewing TV takes time to brew one last beer for 2010 and share our favorite moments from our trips and travels. Three dudes, a brew kettle, a beer engine and plenty of homebrew make BTV 27 much more than just a clip show!
Brewing TV thanks our supporters, fans, viewers, Facebook "Likers," family, friends, brew buddies and Northern Brewer homies. Cheers to you all. Happy Brew Year 2011!

Happy New Year.
Thanks a lot guys, I can't believe it has already been 27 episodes and I look forward to the upcoming brew year alongside you guys with much anticipation. Keep well and have a great brew years eve!
Northern Brewer's "bake room," tee hee. Nice one. I suppose you could also call it your "green" room. Man I'm killing. Nice re cap. It's been a good year. I'm jealous of your January trip coming up. That is going to be a blast. cheers guys.
I'm surprised you would show the sight glass in the boilermaker unprotected from the burner. I would hope you had the plate under the valve at the very least?
Nice work this year boys, I've enjoyed the videos and learned something as well. I'd rather watch brewing shows than most other junk, you should start talking to Discovery about a brewing channel. Jake's wife can have her own show, she's cute :)
Thanks for everything! You guys convinced me to get into brewing.
Thanks guys. Can believe that is has been a whole year, I started homebrewing last year around this time it has gone by so fast. I'm bummed that there will not be any more of the current style glass. I broke the bottoms off of the last two I had.
Cheers can't wait to see the next BTV episode.
Happy New Years! Good Luck this next year! Drink good beer. I'm Having a steelhead double IPA.
Great shows this past year guys and looking forward to all in 2011! Cheers!
Great job in 2010!...looking forward to the brewing adventures of 2011 yet to come.
This was my fist year homebrewing, you three have been a great help. Can't wait for the next installment. Happy New Year!
You guys keep me fired up about home brewing. Keep the great videos coming, you're changing the brew world for the better! Happy Brew Year!
Thanks for all the great brew info, interviews, trips to breweries, and of course the humor!
Great shows!! I have watched every episode and thoroughly enjoy the information, humor, and brew-ology!!
Thanks for everything and look forward to all your 2011 shows with great anticipation!!!
Great to see you three together after a few guest productions. I've checked out a few "similar" web brewing broadcast series this last year and Brewing TV ranks way above the rest, just as BN rules the radio; you guys are the only one I rush to when there's a new episode. Have a great New Year.
My personal brewing highlights this year have been an American IPA, a Hefe Weisen and a batch of Janet's Brown. All these were extract based recipes so the resolution is to crack on with All Grain.
Cheers Crezzer
Happy New year guys. I am drinking a Belgian Coffee Cake Beer, kind of a Belgian Porter (I know it is not a style). My new year resolution is to brew more of what's going on in my head and not just the Club's Beer of the Month. Keep up the fun work you guys do. Hope to see you in June in San Diego.
Funniest episode "Chip on the Road". I only wear shorts too.

Best to all

Thank you and Happy New Year.
First year homebrewing, and it was really fun! Started off with NB extract kits --- did a robust porter, nukey brown, irish red, cream ale, then moved to a maple wheat that I partial mashed --- ordered the pieces from NB. Just put my first all-grain batch in the fermenter-- NB Irish dry stout. Next up is all-grain caribou slobber and phat tyre. should grow by leaps and bounds this year.
I've seen all 27 episodes and can't wait for the next 27. Hell of a job fellas! I've learned quite a bit from you guys and can't wait to see what topics you explore next. Cheers.
Well I started brewing in fall of '09 in Colorado, then met a woman and now I live in Sweden. So it took me around 7 months to earn enough money, as a cleaner at a local ski resort, to buy all of my equipment so I could all-grain brew here too. It was tough to do, being in a new country and all, but I am happy to say that my 20liter system is turning out some good beer (except for that shitty yeasty winter beer). What I have learned is, it is much warmer to brew in my bathroom then it is outside in December. Love what you guys are doing and keep up the good work.
Skål!
